    Iron Heart Fitness - Waiver and Liability Release

    1. Acknowledgment of Risk
    By participating in any fitness programs, services, or activities offered by Iron Heart Fitness, you acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks involved in physical exercise. These risks include, but are not limited to, the possibility of injury, illness, or physical harm resulting from participation. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with engaging in these activities, whether or not caused by the negligence of Iron Heart Fitness or its trainers.

    2. Waiver of Liability
    You agree that Iron Heart Fitness, its trainers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses sustained during or after participation in any fitness program, class, or service. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury arising from the use of equipment, improper technique, or failure to follow instructions.

    You fully waive, release, and discharge Iron Heart Fitness and its staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action related to or arising out of your participation in the program, whether based on negligence, contract, or otherwise.

    3. Program Sales and Refund Policy
    All purchases of fitness programs, memberships, classes, or services are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been made. You agree that you are fully responsible for all fees associated with the program, and that once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the program or injury.

    4. Health and Medical Conditions
    You confirm that you are physically able to participate in the activities and programs provided by Iron Heart Fitness. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. It is your responsibility to inform Iron Heart Fitness of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely engage in exercise.

    5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Heart Fitness, its trainers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in any program, class, or service.
