


Coach Cole
I am a speed and performance coach. Once a Division 1 Football player and MS in Kinesiology. My background as both an athlete and coach allows me to blend experience with researched training to improve speed, power, change of direction, and agility while prioritizing athlete health and longevity.

My coaching philosophy centers on attitude and effort. We hold our athletes accountable and focus on long-term athletic development. I strive to create a challenging yet supportive environment where athletes develop confidence, discipline, and strong work habits that carry over into their sports, school, and life. Helping them maximize their full potential both on and off the field.
Coach Jake
I am a mobility and performance coach. Certified at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I found a passion for S & C after playing football at the collegiate level. Holding a background in athletics and studying psychology, I am able to maximize each athletes physical abilities as well as help them gain the tools to have a strong mentality.
My coaching philosophy is based on individualized programming, the ability to move without pain, hard work, and athletic development. Hard work will beat talent if talent fails to work hard. My goal is to teach athletes about the importance of a strong work ethic and how that translates to the field and real life.
